How do I make a return?
GDAM will gladly refund if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 30 days of the receival date. Sale items will receive a store credit only.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition with tags attached.
Please send packages to the address provided on the parcel so they will reurn to the same warehouse.
Our customer service team will process all returns the same day your parcel is received. Refunds can only be credited in the original form paid. Please send parcels back by a secure traceable method (such as express post) to ensure a safe delivery to our warehouse. We will email you notification once your return has been processed – please check your junk mail folder before contacting our office. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?
Do you accept returns on lingerie, swimwear and hosiery?
Due to hygiene reasons, hoisery cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on. Returns will only be accepted if items are unopened and unworn in original packaging.
Underwear, briefs and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene protection sticker is intact due to health and safety reasons.
